Understanding the plight and poverty of the owner and the injured bull, we decided to do something about it. Henna Dey contacted the Gavshala at Kanadia road and Gavrakshak Mr Tiwari was very supportive and sympathetic and came forwarded to help. He provided one young bull (which was rescued from a truck going to the butchers) in exchange for the old injured bull. The old bull received treatment by our NGO and the Gavshala shelter. Neelam Dubey and Henna Dey visited the bull at his new Mau residence, he seems to be happy with the new owner.

A baby hawk was rescued from a cemetery with chopped wings and confined in a tiny cage. We took him to Indore Zoo. Dr Uttam Yadav, the in-charge, was happy to treat and take him in. The hawk is all healed with new wings and an entire room to himself .
